About the role
- Senior Project Manager leading high-value infrastructure projects for Rowfield. Overseeing project teams, ensuring safety, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness in delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams in designing and delivering complex high-value infrastructure projects
- Responsible for producing management reports for the client at all levels of seniority
- Develop and deliver schemes safely, on time, and within budget
- Establish financial controls for project expenditure and cost analysis
- Apply knowledge of commercial contracts to mitigate delays and financial risks
- Manage NEC 3/4 contracts on behalf of the client
- Maintain positive working relationships with the client and all stakeholders
- Identify risks and ensure operational impacts are minimised
- Ensuring strong adherence to Project quality management systems.
- Lead and manage commissioning process on behalf of the client
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Previous experience of managing large, high performing teams
- Proficient knowledge of NEC/ECC contracts
- Proficient knowledge of the application of CDM
- Recognised safety competency such as NEBOSH or IOSH
- Practical knowledge of UK transmission & Distribution System is desirable
