- Purchasing and ordering of technical products and services
- Communication and collaboration with the sales team, planning/dispatch, and management
- Controlling of orders, goods receipts, invoices, prices and delivery times
- Quality monitoring as well as negotiating orders and quotes with suppliers and service providers
- Monitoring procurement processes, product availability and inventory levels
- Maintenance of price lists and master data
- Cooperative collaboration with international suppliers and service providers in German and English
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in purchasing, preferably in a medium-sized company
- Strong communication skills, analytical ability and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Careful, structured and independent working style
- Team player, committed and loyal
- Confident user of MS Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems desired
- Very good German skills, good English skills
