About the role

  • Graphic Designer developing and realizing creative concepts for luxury and lifestyle brands. Collaborating with teams and overseeing digital solutions in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • You develop and realize creative concepts for sophisticated brand communications — from digital platforms and customer loyalty programs to corporate publishing projects and cross-channel content and experience formats.
  • You combine strategic thinking with creative execution and take ideas from the initial concept through to final delivery at a consistently high quality level.
  • A key focus of your work is the conception and design of digital communication solutions, particularly websites, platforms and apps, with a strong emphasis on UX/UI and consistent brand governance across channels.
  • You collaborate closely with consulting, content, event and digital teams, support projects through all phases and act as a creative sparring partner for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • In addition, you take ownership for advancing design standards and creative processes and actively contribute in pitch situations.
  • Working with external partners and freelancers is part of your remit, as is monitoring new design, technology and AI trends and integrating them into modern communication solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Art Director in an agency environment
  • Strong UX/UI skills and experience designing digital products and platforms
  • Solid expertise in applying and further developing Corporate Identity / Communication Systems
  • Confident use of Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Strong concept development and presentation skills — especially in pitch situations
  • Experience in leading and developing creative teams
  • Excellent sensibility for design, aesthetics and brand communication in the premium or lifestyle segment
  • Interest in new technologies and experience using AI tools in the creative process
