About the role
- Test Field Technician at RENK Group focusing on setup and monitoring of test setups. Collaborating with engineering teams for performance validation and documentation in Rheine, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble test field setups according to setup plans.
- Select components, organize, perform and inspect the test assembly, including measurement-related components.
- Independently adapt the test field setup for components that are not torque-relevant.
- Operate the test stand control/software and monitor test runs according to requirements.
- Consult with design/engineering when limit values are exceeded.
- Interact with customers and classification societies during trial runs.
- Inspect and adjust the oil system of the unit under test.
- Document and create fault reports.
Requirements
- Completed technical training (preferably as a Mechatronics Technician).
- Several years of professional experience in a technical environment desirable.
- Proficient use of PC, MS Office and SAP.
- Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment.
- Crane operator certificate desirable.
