About the role

Responsibilities
- You design and implement innovative Business Intelligence solutions and drive the architecture of our BI platform.
- You manage Business Intelligence projects as part of our requirements and change management process.
- You maintain continuous communication with business departments, gathering and analyzing their requirements.
- You support the team through all phases of the project lifecycle (concept, development, testing, release, and documentation) and actively shape the development process.
- You keep your skills up to date, continuously develop professionally, and enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements
- You hold a university degree (computer science, engineering, natural sciences) or have equivalent relevant professional experience.
- You have experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.
- You have participated in projects using common BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI, etc.).
- You are familiar with databases and proficient in SQL.
- You have knowledge of a mainstream programming language such as Java, Oracle PL/SQL, C#, etc.
- You have very good German language skills.
