About the role
- Senior Professional Services Consultant responsible for product consulting and client management at RegEd. Engaging with clients on operational efficiency and compliance solutions in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Provide product consulting assistance to clients, as needed
- Make recommendations for more efficient use of existing products
- Provide information on available features and functions of existing products
- Periodically provide post implementation client training/training materials
- Gather client requirements for client specific enhancements
- Complete tactical management of various client activities assigned
- Work on client projects as assigned by Management
- Manage assigned task status and maintain task information updates
- Conduct follow-up activities with clients and/or internal departments to manage open items
- Other duties as assigned from time to time by Management
- Prepare program launches and provide product configuration services
- Set up and maintain client user data and interfaces
- Prepare account reconciliation information, as needed
- Intake client enhancement requests and gather requirements with client for RegEd analysis/pricing
- Occasional testing of product configurations/enhancements and SOWs
- Periodic troubleshooting and assistance with routine production issues
- Provide “post-implementation” product usage consulting and product training services, as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in RegEd systems required.
- Minimum of 5 years in client facing experience.
- Knowledge of the financial services / insurance / securities compliance industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures a plus.
- Experience with Freshdesk, Confluence, Salesforce and/or Sharepoint.
