- Work with product management, engineering teams, and other key stakeholders to develop performance testing roadmaps and schedules; communicate these schedules and coordinate delivery
Requirements
- Experience as a technical manager, building and managing teams
- Experience with open source software, Linux, containers, Kubernetes, or Red Hat OpenShift
- Understanding of software and hardware performance testing and evaluation
- The ability to understand technical requirements and communicate with authority at a technical level
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Passion for open source software
- Experience with agile development tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus
