About the role

• Responsible for leading information security projects in multicloud environments like Microsoft and Google for Redbelt Security. Focused on compliance and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Work on implementation, maintenance, and security assessment projects for Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• Define, configure, and review security, compliance, and governance policies aligned with frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and LGPD.
• Implement and manage identity and access controls (IAM, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC) and data security (DLP, information classification, encryption).
• Configure, optimize, and support native security tools, including Microsoft Defender (for Endpoint, for Office 365, for Identity, for Cloud Apps), Microsoft Intune, Azure Security Center/Defender for Cloud, Google Workspace Security Center, DLP, and Google Workspace security rules.
• Conduct security posture assessments for multicloud clients and prepare technical and executive reports.
• Collaborate with teams such as SOC, Red Team, and Governance to integrate alerts, incidents, and policies.
• Support the sales and pre-sales teams in gathering technical requirements and preparing proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Defense, IT Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in information security applied to cloud environments, with consistent work in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace ecosystems.
• Proficiency in IAM (Identity and Access Management) and data protection across Microsoft and Google platforms.
• Strong knowledge of M365 Security & Compliance (Defender Suite, Purview, Intune) and Azure security (Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, Key Vault).
• Experience with Google Workspace Security Center, DLP, information classification, sharing controls, and advanced authentication configurations.
• Practical knowledge of CIS Benchmarks, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, LGPD, and GDPR.
• Experience in cloud-related incident investigation and response.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation, diagrams, and executive reports.
