- Partner with IT, project managers, and business teams to define requirements and implement advanced analytics solutions.
- Utilize tools like Python, Power Automate, AI, Power BI and SQL to create solutions.
- Develop standardized protocols for data extraction, management, and quality assurance.
- Contribute to the development of data management standards, prototypes, and reporting models to drive organizational goals.
- Prepare compelling presentations and reports to share insights with management and key stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and developments in healthcare and logistics
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Python
- Strong expertise in relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server)
- Experience with data management, reporting, and delivering actionable insights
- Knowledge of tools like Databricks, Alteryx Designer and Power Automate is a plus
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring team members or leading small projects
