About the role
- Senior Platform Engineer responsible for innovating and enhancing RecordPoint's data management SaaS platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software while providing mentorship to junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining platforms, tooling, and software applications for our clients, ensuring the highest level of quality, reliability, and performance.
- Help to design, build, test, and support the platform and tooling for the wider Application Engineering team.
- Participating in the design and build of a secure-by-design environment with our customer's data privacy concerns in mind
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to other team members of all levels of seniority including graduates and junior engineers
- Participating in code reviews and ensure that coding standards and best practices are followed.
- Taking ownership of the productionisation, robustness and scalability of features.
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure that software applications are integrated with other systems as required.
- Keeping up to date with the latest developments in software engineering and technology, and apply them to the development of our software applications.

- Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Extensive experience crafting and building software using the latest delivery techniques
