About the role
- IT&D Manager driving IT&D initiatives and transformation in Reckitt’s factory ecosystem, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. Collaborating with factory leadership to implement global standards.
Responsibilities
- Activate IT&D initiatives in the factories
- Responsible for driving global programme deployment through factories in scope
- Ensure IT&D service are properly applied through partner to the site
- Establish relationships with factory leadership
- Continuously monitor support service to the factories
- Champion a healthy and stable factory IT ecosystem
Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Experience of working in a complex organisation with a global scope
- FMCG experience desirable but not essential (Preferably 4+ years)
- Demonstrable Manufacturing process understanding and proficiency
- Experience with IT Operating Model alongside Industrial Automation and Industry 4.0
- Project Management and Change Management skills desirable
- Knowledge of key Industrial Automation and Data Analytics systems desirable
