Finance Analyst responsible for SAP vendor registration, documentation, and compliance. Supporting financial processes related to tax reforms and supplier management.
Responsibilities
Execute supplier/vendor registration in SAP, ARIBA and JAVA
Register consumable materials, fixed assets and services
Issue invoices for sale of assets, scrap, shipments, donations and other documents via SAP and other systems
Record/enter return invoices and other shipments
Reconcile the accounting ledger for materials held by third parties and update the analysis log
Prepare core KPIs and deliver necessary presentations
Monitor, analyze and implement tax reform changes related to master data/registrations
Participate in initiatives related to these activities, liaising with business stakeholders and interfacing with IT, Legal, Tax, Litigation, Tax Compliance and other business areas
Perform technical analyses on process impacts from tax reform or other changes
Provide technical and operational support regarding invoice issuance and master data
Develop manuals, procedures and process flows for the area
Lead internal projects for process improvements and tax adjustments
Support ERP/technology teams in translating legal changes into functional requirements
Develop matrices documenting financial, operational and compliance impacts of area processes
Develop and deliver training on ticket creation, master data registration and other area activities
Map risks and propose controls and mitigations
Organize and execute internal controls for the area
Support audits and inspections
Participate in technical discussions on various topics related to the activities
Actively participate in projects, ensuring the quality of system configurations and data
Provide support to management and coordination with information and workflows for decision-making
Work in operations supporting the team with closings, daily issues and critical processes
Participate in testing of system changes involving taxes, tax reform and improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
Hands-on professional
Experience with process improvement and transformation
Experience with systems (SAP and MASTERSAF) and tax parameterization/configuration
