- What matters is that you understand them and apply them sensibly.
- You think in terms of user experiences rather than lines of code and bring both technical understanding and a sense for design.
- You are communicative, structured, and solution-oriented — you enjoy working in a team and can take on responsibility.
- You have German language skills at least at B2 level and value clear, open communication.
