About the role
- Lead Software Engineer driving technical leadership for Ravio's compensation data platform. Engage in product architecture and hands-on implementation across tech stacks in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- You’ll play a major role in the company's technical leadership.
- You’ll be expected to own many aspects of product architecture and technical design, and lead implementations.
- You’ll bring deep expertise in at least one area such as frontend, backend, security, infrastructure or performance.
- You’ll continue to raise the bar on code quality, reliability, and system design.
- You’ll be working alongside many accomplished and world class teammates, who are energised by the work they do and have a high bar for themselves and their colleagues.
Requirements
- 8+ years commercial experience in engineering
- You’ve inspired teams and led builds that moved the needle - zero hand-holding needed
