Responsibilities
- Be responsible for data entry, maintaining, preparing, and reconciling accounts.
- Data entry purchases & logistic expenses
- Data entry general accounting, expenses & assets
- Reconciliation of GL accounts & Cost Centers
- Reconciliation of suppliers’ balance
- Daily internal and external communications with Plant Managers & Vendors
- Mydata reconciliation related to Vendors
- Preparation of Intrastat form
- Preparation of quarterly vendors’ agreements report
- ICO reconciliation
- Any other ad hoc request of AP accounting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in AP Accounting
- Basic knowledge SAP, JD Edwards, Galaxy & Office Suite
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Identify and organize resources needed to accomplish tasks, monitoring progress against deadlines and milestones, establish clear priorities
- Maneuvers comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics
