- Demonstrated ability to transition teams from administrative tasks to value-added technical delivery
- Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models and cross-cultural teams
- Strong partnering, management, collaboration, judgement & decision-making abilities
- High level of commercial acumen and a strong track record of value generation
- Digital fluency with Google or Microsoft platforms
