Responsibilities
- Implement new features for the Ralph Platform, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Operations teams.
- Architect and build cutting-edge applications for the Ralph Platform using Next.js, React, and other modern technologies to deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Own end-to-end feature development within our full-stack team—leveraging modern tools such as React Server Components and React Server Functions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years as a Full-Stack Engineer and experience building scalable web applications.
- Ready to hit the ground running with our tech stack.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Design, gather feedback, and incorporate it into product development.
- Experience mentoring and developing Junior Engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong expertise in defining and implementing automated testing frameworks and best practices to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Proactive about staying current with new technologies and industry trends and integrating new solutions thoughtfully into existing workflows.
