About the role

• Gerente de Território na Raízen em Goiânia/GO gerenciando clientes e contratos de fornecimento de combustíveis. Atuando na prospecção e garantindo excelência operacional com a equipe interna.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer portfolio (resellers of service stations under the Shell brand), ensuring correct execution of signed contracts, pursuing additional volume, and managing pricing and margin for fuel supply and other services and products offered by Raízen;
• Support identification and prospecting of new customers in line with the company's established strategy;
• Serve as the focal point with internal departments to ensure optimal customer service while promoting Raízen's values across credit and collections, pricing, marketing, logistics, and engineering;
• Work analytically to enable assessments of the portfolio's financial health and manage territory KPIs;
• Implement operational excellence and health & safety standards with customers, ensuring delivery of appropriate training and adherence to execution standards on-site (forecourt).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required;
• Reside in Goiânia, GO, or be willing to relocate;
• Valid driver's license (category B) and availability for frequent travel;
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
• Previous experience in customer negotiation and relationship management in the retail segment;
• Previous experience managing contracts, accounts, and prospecting.
