About the role
- Consultant responsible for identifying and prospecting commercial real estate points for Oxxo stores. Engaging in negotiations and ensuring contract validity with property owners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect commercial locations with high potential through active research and on-site visits;
- Source commercial properties according to the criteria and standards established with the intelligence and expansion teams;
- Negotiate directly with property owners, real estate agencies and investment funds to secure the best agreements;
- Support geo-market studies, competitor analysis and monitoring of market movements;
- Conduct commercial negotiations for locations, addressing critical issues and prioritizing urgent matters;
- Negotiate contracts, identifying when involvement from responsible teams (legal) is required and ensuring contract signatures and store enablement;
Requirements
- Individuals with experience in commercial/sales roles focused on prospecting and negotiating new clients: door-to-door, commercial representation, hunting (hunter);
- Knowledge in evaluating real estate contracts and project management;
- Experience in store expansion and commercial lease negotiations is a plus;
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Valid driver's license (CNH) category B or higher.
