About the role
- Financial Analyst managing billing processes and data analysis for Qualicorp. Requires attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in Excel in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis and work with information using spreadsheets (Excel or similar), ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Work on billing processes, ensuring correct issuance, verification and adjustment of invoices/charges.
- Handle inquiries/requests related to billing discrepancies, making corrections and adjustments directly in the systems.
- Log, track and respond to internal and external client requests through systems.
- Interact with different departments to resolve billing inconsistencies and support continuous process improvement.
- Keep records up to date and document actions taken in the systems.
- Support meeting operational deadlines and delivery targets for the area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of data analysis and spreadsheet manipulation
- Experience with billing processes
- Experience handling inquiries/requests to correct and adjust billing
- Previous experience in system-based service/support, preferably in call center-like environments
- Computer literacy
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the area
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills
