Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, including Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, advertising platforms, and performance marketing teams
Support partners throughout the activation process and maintain strong, ongoing relationships
Manage and optimize various affiliate models, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Lot structures
Monitor partner performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven optimizations
Assist in negotiations and deal structuring in collaboration with internal teams
Identify new growth opportunities and contribute to business expansion and scaling initiatives.
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development within Forex, trading, or fintech
Proven experience working with affiliate and B2B partnership models
Experience identifying, approaching, and onboarding partners such as IBs, affiliate teams, media sources, and advertisers
Understanding of how regulated brokers operate is a strong advantage
Strong communication skills with confidence in negotiations and deal-closing processes
Proactive mindset with a structured and results-driven approach
English proficiency at B2+ level or higher; Russian language proficiency will be considered an advantage
Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Cyprus
