Requirements
hands-on experience scoping and delivering EPR transformation programmes within the health or social care sector
knowledge of EPR systems
experience in EPR supplier design and implementation methodology, transformation programme management, change and adoption, or transformation communications across multi-disciplinary care settings
understanding of the transformation opportunities and constraints unique to health and social care
ability to leverage AI to accelerate EPR delivery
comfortable developing requirements across process, people, organisation, technology and data to support EPR transformation
ability to articulate the tangible benefits of digital and data technologies in healthcare
successful track record of leadership in healthcare
