About the role
- Accountant handling Hauptbuchhaltung and Monatsabschlüsse at Pulse Advertising GmbH. Collaborating on financial processes and contributing to ERP system development within a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Zahlenwelt in Balance bleibt und betreust eigenständig die Hauptbuchhaltung sowie Nebenbücher Debitoren und Kreditoren
- Du erstellst gemeinsam mit dem Team unsere Monatsabschlüsse und unterstützt bei den Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB strukturiert, terminsicher und mit Blick fürs Detail
- Du steuerst das laufende Tagesgeschäft in der Finanzbuchhaltung und stellst sicher, dass alle Geschäftsvorfälle korrekt verbucht sind
- Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst unsere Finanzprozesse aktiv weiter
- Du wirkst an der Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP Systems SAP mit
Requirements
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Beispiel als Steuerfachangestellter, Finanzbuchhalter oder Bilanzbuchhalter oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder Hauptbuchhaltung mit und kennst dich im Monatsabschluss aus
- Du kennst dich im HGB gut aus und hast idealerweise bereits mit IFRS gearbeitet
- Du arbeitest routiniert mit ERP Systemen wie SAP oder DATEV und fühlst dich auch in Excel sicher
- Du kommunizierst klar und offen und sprichst fließend Deutsch sowie idealerweise gutes Englisch.
