- Experience in the development of test systems — ideally with the NI toolchain (e.g., LabVIEW, NI TestStand)
- Knowledge of measurement technology (e.g., optical measurement systems or analog and digital measurement techniques)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business
- Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work independently, and assertiveness
