Proactively generate and analyze customer insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
Identify and reduce friction points in the customer journey in close collaboration with marketing, product development, sales and customer service
Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify innovative methods for conversion optimization
Collaborate with the IT team on the technical implementation and testing of optimization measures
Requirements
Several years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital analytics, or a related discipline
Strong expertise in optimizing digital services and customer journeys
Experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO) and personalization strategies
Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Verify.io, Heyflow)
Proficient with UX/UI design tools (Figma or Adobe XD)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is an advantage but not required
Excellent German and English skills for working in an international environment
