- Financial & CIP (Cost Improvement Programme) expertise: CIP development/delivery
- Operational improvement: Lean methodology, patient flow, pathway redesign, A3 methodology, quick wins identification
- Clinical service areas (one or more): UEC/ED/patient flow, planned care/outpatients/theatres, diagnostics, workforce optimisation
- Programme management: PID development, delivery planning, workstream management
- Analytical skills: Strong Excel, data-driven insights, performance diagnostics
- Capability building: Coaching mindset, knowledge transfer to Trust teams, and sustainability focus
- Ideally acute NHS provider experience or relevant consulting experience, with understanding of operational structures and performance metrics.
