Responsibilities
You will work directly with the Finance Departments of our major corporate clients in Banking and Insurance to support them in their projects
Contribute to all phases of a Finance transformation project: evolution of accounting, management and reporting information systems, regulatory projects, and organization and/or improvement of Finance function processes
Establish project governance and facilitate steering committees and working workshops – track progress and report to project stakeholders
Formalize requirements and write specifications and functional design documents
Improve and secure data quality, perform impact analyses and propose solutions
Define test strategy and test plans, and execute functional and integration testing
Review and optimize controls and operational business processes
Change management and rollout: project communications, preparation of functional documentation, training and support for Finance teams
Requirements
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) from a business school or university, with a specialization in management/finance or management information systems
You have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience within a Finance department or in Finance project ownership (MOA), in a company, consulting firm or IT services company (ESN)
These initial experiences have given you a solid understanding of the Finance function and/or related information systems
Adaptable, organized, and proactive in proposing improvements
With strong interpersonal skills, a team spirit and good writing abilities, you are motivated to develop your skills
You are proficient in English and common office software/tools
