- Explore visual solutions that generate impact and elevate the work to a higher creative standard.
- Direct and support the team in producing graphic assets, motion design, and video and audio editing.
- Actively participate in brainstorms focused on campaigns and conceptual ideas.
- Develop ideas and translate strategic concepts into creative, polished visual pieces.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all deliverables, regardless of channel or format.
- Contribute to creative planning by bringing market references and trends to enrich proposals.
- Partner with planning and data teams to substantiate concepts and creative insights.
- Take part in campaign presentations and client meetings, representing the project's creative vision.
- Mentor and support the development of Art Directors and other creative team members.
