About the role
- Director of Medical Services leading clinical operations at Planned Parenthood, ensuring quality reproductive health care across CT and RI. Supervision of clinical teams and regulatory compliance management.
Responsibilities
- Directs, coordinates, and evaluates clinical services provided to patients.
- Partners with regional directors and center managers to identify clinician staffing needs.
- Develops and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and medical standards.
- Chairs the Policies and Procedures Committee.
- Supervises and mentors the Lead Clinicians.
- Partners with clinical staff and center managers to support the patient experience.
- Works and collaborates with all the members of the Clinical Services Team.

- Minimum of 5 years of reproductive health experience in direct patient care.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, EHR and skilled with use and application of information technology.
