About the role
- Omnichannel & Digital Director responsible for strategic digital leadership across multiple touchpoints for PPG’s EMEA business driving transformation and innovation in 26 markets.
Responsibilities
- Play a strategic and operational role in driving brands' presence across multiple digital touchpoints
- Shape and execute comprehensive digital strategy covering e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer experience
- Manage directly a team of 3 collaborators, indirect ~40 collaborators
- Oversee product ownership for key marketing digital platforms
- Drive inbound/content marketing and lead generation processes
- Expand and improve own store omniconcept in the region
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing, trade marketing, brand/portfolio management
- 3+ years in international marketing
- Experience in category, digital, and Ecommerce management
- Leading omnichannel or digital transformation across B2B and B2C businesses
- Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, CRM/automation tools, and digital marketing ecosystems
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work across multiple countries and cultures
- Proficiency in English
