About the role
- Junior IT Consultant implementing complex IT solutions for national and international financial service providers with a focus on SAP. Working in a hybrid model from client offices or Frankfurt headquarters.
Responsibilities
- You analyze existing business processes together with our clients, for example in finance/accounting, lending or risk management, and develop sound SAP solutions based on that analysis — from planning and system configuration to go‑live and beyond.
- Whether it’s a migration to S/4HANA, optimization of payment processes, or implementation of new regulatory requirements — you will design modern structures and ways of working that make financial service providers more transparent, competitive and sustainable.
- You continuously deepen your subject-matter knowledge of banking- and insurance-specific topics as well as your SAP expertise — supported by structured trainings, experienced colleagues and learning-on-the-job.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in economics, natural sciences or (business) computer science — ideally with some initial practical experience in relevant areas.
- You have excellent German language skills (at least C1) and good English.
- Your strong IT affinity makes it easy for you to work with digital solutions.
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented way, with initiative, persistence and a focus on what matters.
- You are willing to support our clients at their offices within Germany as well as remotely or from our Frankfurt office.
