Responsibilities
You strengthen software development teams in the consistent application of Scrum or LeSS, contributing to higher productivity and quality
You actively improve information flow and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
Through coaching and mentoring, you promote the continued development of the team's agile working practices
You independently identify impediments and develop appropriate solution approaches
You support the team in self-organization and in achieving sprint goals
Together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, you drive the continuous improvement and company-wide optimization of agile practices, ensuring a common, clearly aligned approach
Requirements
You hold a completed university degree
You have more than three years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development projects
Strong communication skills as well as proven coaching and facilitation competencies are among your strengths
You have a solid understanding of agile values, principles, and methodologies and can explain and establish them
Ideally, you have additional experience as a project manager or business analyst
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
