Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions for our clients.
You will deploy data platforms in a medallion architecture for Cerium clients.
You will leverage advanced data architectures to modernize our clients’ data estates to better integrate with Generative AI platforms.
You will create data pipelines, develop data models, and provide strategic insights through data analytics and visualization tools.
You will assist in the adoption of data technologies and provide training and documentation.
You will help define service offerings for Cerium to design, propose, and sell to clients including products and services to deliver.
You will support the presales and sales teams in designing and proposing solutions as needed. This includes providing technical consulting services to clients by presenting solutions and performing administrative handoffs to ensure smooth transitions post-implementation.
Requirements
Required Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, Information Technology, software engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in data engineering and solution design.
Must have experience with Microsoft data solutions, Fabric preferred.
Experience consulting with clients and translating complex technical concepts into simple, understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and clients simultaneously.
Experience and Interest in mentoring Junior Data Professionals.
Customer service skills and experience.
Strong organization and documentation abilities.
Willing to travel 10-20% of the time depending on client needs.
