Responsibilities
Building Plum on Android from its early days
Giving current and prospective customers a more intimate way to interact with their money
Working in "squads" – small, cross-functional teams
Monitoring and improving mission and KPIs for each squad
Collaborating with anyone in the company
Being part of a Mobile engineering team
Following a hybrid work model, visiting the office 2 times per week
Requirements
You’re excited about programming in Kotlin
Intimate knowledge of the full Android stack and Android architecture patterns
Fluency in Kotlin programming language
Published at least one original Android app
Extensive experience with DI and Android architecture components
Strong understanding of Git strategies, continuous integration setup, and automation
Solid experience with testing (unit, integration, snapshots)
An eye for design that you can transform into Material Design!
Jetpack compose experience
Not afraid to take ownership and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers.
Eager to identify, propose and implement improvements
Solid experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
