Responsibilities
Administration and further development of the network infrastructure (switches, routers, VLANs, routing, WLAN)
Operation and maintenance of security solutions (firewalls, NAC, VPN, IDS/IPS)
Implementation of network security concepts as well as monitoring and analysis of network traffic
Troubleshooting and resolution of network incidents
Support for IT security projects and audits
Documentation of the infrastructure and processes
Requirements
Completed IT training or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in network administration
Good knowledge of network technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, VPN, WLAN, 802.1X)
Basic understanding of IT security standards and concepts
Analytical thinking, structured working style and strong service orientation
Team player with enthusiasm for working in a collegial environment
