About the role

• Hardware Developer for Pixida Group focusing on embedded device product development. Responsibilities include hardware design, system modeling, and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hardware development of test and production setups for in-house developed electronic devices, including mechanical design of electronic enclosures and test adapter components.
• Schematic and PCB design.
• Analysis and creation of requirements and specifications, as well as structuring and modeling of systems.
• Coordination of system interfaces with customers, internal departments and external suppliers.
• Development of system models (states, activities, use cases, etc.) and participation in system analyses.
• Liaising with and supporting qualification activities (environmental and electromagnetic compatibility) and managing suppliers during the development phase.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, (Technical) Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a hardware developer, systems engineer, or architect.
• Experience in schematic and/or PCB design in a professional environment, ideally with Altium Designer, CAD, and related tools.
• Solid knowledge of development processes and basic knowledge of RF engineering and hardware qualification testing.
• Strong understanding of system analysis methods and their relation to development artifacts and phases; some experience in M-CAD design (ideally Autodesk Fusion) and 3D printing is desirable.
• German and English language skills at C1 level required.
