About the role

Responsibilities
- Own your work from A to Z: architecture & coding features to monitoring releases' performance
- Get fast feedback from users and iterate quickly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to actively help design and deliver seamless user experiences
- Optimise existing endpoints, driving down latency and ensuring scalability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Django and Django Rest Framework
- Experience working with a relational database at scale, designing schemas, optimising Django queries, and running migrations with minimal downtime
- Hands-on experience with a PostgreSQL/MySQL database larger than 100 GB
- Experience designing endpoints in direct collaboration with frontend engineers, delivering both Open API and developer manuals/supporting documentation
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Fluent in English (French is not required!)
