About the role

Responsibilities
- Support our clients across the entire value chain through consulting assignments in strategy, organization and project management.
- Work on transformation challenges at various levels: feasibility studies, organizational, process and tool transformations, digitalization and change management.
- Broaden your experience and strengthen your skills by working on a variety of engagement types: opportunity studies & launch of new activities, development of new product & service offerings within Social Protection, performance improvement & management, regulatory compliance, and more.
Requirements
- Engineering degree, business school diploma or a Master 2 with a specialization in Finance / Insurance.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience gained in an insurance consulting firm or within an insurance company, mutual insurer or provident institution.
- Knowledge of supplementary health and provident insurance products (individual and/or group).
- Knowledge of the social protection environment and French market players (insurers, brokers, delegated administrators/TPAs, mutual insurers).
- Project management methodology.
- Professional (business) level English.
