Responsibilities
Support Plan Administrators and Plan Members with the completion of member enrolments, changes, and plan updates
Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the Client Service team
File enrolments and member change requests as appropriate
Manage the general email inbox - converting requests onto appropriate platforms
Support the portal approvals process for standard transactions
Complete written communications and letters to Plan Members and Plan Sponsors
Support the month end billing cycle
Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks, while supporting various ad hoc administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in the group benefits industry (call center, claims, group administration)
2+ years of professional experience working in a client focused environment with commitment for service excellence
Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant field
A positive and professional attitude that encourages collaboration and relationship building
A growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to continuously learn, evolve, and adapt in a dynamic environment
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills with proficiency in the MS Office Suite
Fluency in both French & English would be considered an asset
