About the role

  • Design and Catalog Manager driving creative concepting and design for DTC at Polyconcept North America. Collaborating with teams to translate commercial priorities into creative briefs and ensuring efficient project flow.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate creative concept development, collection themes, and new product ideas across Spoke’s DTC brands, including London Penny.
  • Support and help execute design strategy and seasonal creative direction in partnership with leadership.
  • Translates commercial and category priorities into actionable creative briefs and design programs.
  • Conduct competitive research and surface emerging design, consumer, and product trends across home décor, lifestyle, gifting, pet, and seasonal categories.
  • Use AI art and generative design tools to support ideation, rapid concept visualization, and creative exploration.
  • Assist in refining AI-generated artwork into production-ready designs alongside designers.
  • Coordinate the flow of design projects from concept through production handoff.
  • Ensure artwork files, naming conventions, and documentation meet Spoke’s production and quality standards.
  • Partner with operations and manufacturing teams to confirm technical requirements and feasibility.
  • Partner with marketing team to leverage product designs in ad campaigns and build/support advertising creative workflow.
  • Coordinate day-to-day design assignments and project timelines across the design team.
  • Track progress against schedules and deliverables and escalate risks or delays when needed.
  • Support designers by organizing creative reviews, feedback cycles, and approvals.
  • Track creative and product KPIs, including: Design and collection launch cadence, Speed-to-market for new designs, Design utilization across product categories.
  • Ensure designs are best in class and provide competitive advantage.
  • Prepare reporting and updates for leadership on creative pipeline performance and workflow adherence.
  • Serve as the coordination point between the Sr. Director of Sales, designers, marketing, merchandising, and operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional art and design development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and production-ready design workflows
  • Hands-on experience using AI-based creative and generative art tools
  • Experience coordinating creative projects and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong visual judgment and attention to detail for print and physical product design.
