Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming requests from sales partners to ensure they are completed
- Enter data into various systems
- Respond to and initiate incoming/outgoing emails and telephone calls to facilitate the preparation and submission of merchant applications
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure merchants' needs are met efficiently
- Assist in processing applications to ensure merchant activation
- Provide support for creating compliant merchant packages and perform data entry tasks as needed
- Ability to assist risk and underwriting teams with additional work as required
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the payments industry
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, strong time-management skills, and strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, competitive, and constantly evolving environment
- Proficient with MS Office (experience with ZOHO is an asset)
