Responsibilities
Process Mapping and Standardization: Document and standardize workflows to ensure greater efficiency and compliance with best practices;
Continuous Improvement: Promote and propose solutions to optimize processes and reduce waste through operational gemba walks, benchmarking and other practices;
Training: Develop and deliver trainings to ensure correct execution and adherence to processes;
Data and KPI Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and corrective actions;
Operational Support: Collaborate with operational teams to implement and monitor new processes;
Site relocations and startups: Provide support and actively participate in expansion activities and changes to the operations base;
Problem Solving: Quickly identify and analyze issues, proposing practical and effective solutions to correct failures;
Process Expertise: Act as the technical reference for the operational process, facilitating and supporting system-related questions and issues.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields;
Systems: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) — Excel intermediate to advanced;
Experience: Experience in process mapping, continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) and standardization;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Analytical capacity for KPI management and data analysis;
Strategic mindset and results orientation;
Desirable: Intermediate English;
Desirable: Experience in logistics;
Desirable: Green Belt certification.
