About the role
- Risk Analyst supporting PG&E’s Underground Program in safety risk management and risk analysis across multiple teams. Developing frameworks and coordinating risk mitigation efforts for utility operations.
Responsibilities
- Supports an effective and efficient safety risk management program
- Develops and implements a risk management framework
- Analyzes risks and develops mitigation plans
- Develops and maintains an asset risk register
- Coordinates with the assets owners across the line of business to track operational and enterprise risks and the execution and effectiveness of risk mitigation activities
- Serves as a liaison with the enterprise risk management function to ensure alignment and common understanding of risks
- Prepares analysis and reports for the line of business and the enterprise
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Ten (10) years of experience in risk management, utility operations, and/or related field
- Masters Degree or equivalent experience (desired)
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (desired)
- Risk Management certification (desired)
- ASQ-American Society for Quality CQE-Certified Quality Engineer Certification (desired)
- Safety Engineering certification (desired)
