About the role
- Lead PG&E's Billing Modernization project as the Product Owner, overseeing the Bill Print team. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer experience while modernizing billing systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead Bill Print team through the Billing Modernization journey
- Support Bill Print team by prioritizing, troubleshooting and problem-solving data mapping and integration issues
- Serve as the customer proxy responsible for working with stakeholders to define and prioritize the work within the team
- Collaborate with system/solution architects to assist with decision making of critical technology
- Evaluate new product functionality and provide solutions to cross-functional business problems
- Oversee the completion and acceptance of user stories
Requirements
- Job-related experience, 7 years
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (desired)
- Experience as Product Owner, Agile environment, 5 years (desired)
- Experience in Oracle Utilities (Customer Billing & Rates) and Kubra (Bill Print) is highly desired
