Responsibilities
- Ensure the area's deliverables are compliant by executing daily, monthly and annual processes and routines in a timely manner.
- Support cash flow monitoring through the preparation and analysis of monthly bank account reconciliations.
- Assist in projecting future cash positions through analysis of forecasts and cash flow projections.
- Support cash management by maintaining and operating current and investment accounts at financial institutions.
- Ensure correct supplier payments by preparing and inputting payment proposals into bank current accounts.
- Support partner relationships by maintaining contacts with banks, clients and suppliers.
- Support efficiency improvements within the area by analyzing processes and proposing enhancements.
- Contribute to the accounting close by executing monthly closing activities in a timely manner.
- Support audit requests by participating in and executing required deliverables.
- Ensure the quality, reliability and performance of the resources, services and information produced by the tasks under your responsibility.
- Support your immediate supervisor on matters related to your area of responsibility by presenting and discussing issues and irregularities to inform the definition of procedures and actions to be taken.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
- Postgraduate specialization in Finance.
- Desirable: knowledge of ERP systems (TOTVS).
- Experience in international treasury.
- Language: English (advanced).
- Microsoft Office (advanced Excel).
- Experience with insurance management is a plus.
