About the role

  • Business Analyst in Customer Operations responsible for strategic analyses at OXG Glasfaser GmbH. Implementing efficient processes and reporting solutions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for strategic and operational business analyses in Customer Operations
  • Design, develop and implement business analyses for applications in Customer Fulfillment, Customer Service and Customer Experience
  • Increase efficiency, digitize processes, reduce costs and realize savings
  • Define, specify and own the implementation of reporting and data analyses via appropriate dashboards
  • Design efficient end-to-end processes and implement solutions for process optimization and automation
  • Conduct SWOT, potential and gap analyses, identify success factors and derive future-oriented directions for the service portfolio

Requirements

  • University degree in Telecommunications, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in project management of complex projects
  • Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in Customer Operations
  • Deep process knowledge in Fiber Order Management/Fulfillment and Service Management
  • Solid knowledge of telecommunications technology, FTTx technology and service platforms
  • Very good German and English language skills
