About the role

Requirements
- Successful completion of a technical university degree (e.g., Electronic or Software Engineering) or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of project management experience
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication, conflict-management, and planning skills
- Technical experience, ideally in Engineering or Production Engineering
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
