About the role

Consultant DMS/ECM responsible for customer project success and product integration at M·SOFT. Focused on digital archiving, document, and workflow management solutions.

Responsibilities

Your mission is to lead customer projects to success and integrate our products into customers' connected tool landscapes so they can focus on their core business.
You are responsible for implementing application systems and providing ongoing support for projects in the areas of digital archiving, document management and workflow management using products from ELO Digital Office GmbH.
You optimize business processes and ensure the availability of information through digital customer, contract and personnel files and workflow-supported approval processes, such as purchase requests, email archiving and electronic invoicing.
You integrate our DMS system into customers' existing IT infrastructure and connect third-party systems such as ERP, CRM or email servers.
You conduct target/actual (SOLL/IST) analyses with our customers and independently manage (sub-)projects.
Furthermore, you are responsible for continuous project support and the ongoing optimization of business processes at our customers.

You have completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field.
You are able to analyze complex issues, systematize them and communicate them appropriately for the target audience.
Your confident demeanor and strong communication skills give our customers assurance and lead projects to success.
You can draw on basic knowledge of common database systems, such as Microsoft SQL Server, and basic programming skills, for example in Java/JavaScript.
In addition, you have knowledge of commercial business processes and are familiar with small and medium-sized organizations.
You have practical professional experience in executing IT projects, ideally in the field of document management.
Furthermore, you are willing to travel and hold a valid driving license (category B).
