Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality financial, utilization, and benchmarking analysis to support client strategy, renewal planning, and ongoing service needs
Developing accurate reporting, analyzing trends, and translating data into actionable insights
Producing timely, accurate analytical deliverables that support client retention and growth initiatives
Supporting complex client accounts through collaboration with Producers, Benefits Consultants, and Account Managers
Maintaining accurate, current, and organized market and client data within internal systems
Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience in benefits analytics or financial analysis
Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, required
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, required
Experience in the healthcare industry with a group insurance carrier, broker, or consulting firm preferred
Strong knowledge of group insurance products including medical, dental, CDHP, pharmacy, life, and disability
Active Health Insurance (Life & Health) license required
