Maintain transparent, timely communication with stakeholders through weekly status updates, executive dashboards, and proactive risk escalation
Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in project management or Scrum Master roles, preferably in technology or financial services environments
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects using Hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches)
Strong understanding of project management fundamentals including scope, time, cost, quality, and risk management
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools
Certification in Project Management and Agile methodologies (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) - highly desirable
Understanding of SDLC processes and software development practices
Experience working in regulated environments (banking/financial services) - advantageous
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
